Brand new me

I have been thinking a lot about starting a new blog lately, going back and forth a bit, and today I guess the decision fell. This is my first little entry. Over the past year, my life has changed a lot. I feel excited, refreshed, brand new! I will tell you all about it later. I also intend to personalize this blog a bit. It's been a few years since the last time I had anything to do with a blog, so I'll probably need some time to adjust. Anyway: This blog will mostly be about fitness and exercise, which has become a significant part of my life. I can't believe it took me so long to discover how wonderful it is to be in good shape! And I'm planning to get better. I keep challenging myself, trying new things and pushing myself, and it's very rewarding. I have to go now as I have a pilates class in 35 minutes! Have a great day.
